Training the mind is like training your muscles. It is straightforward, requires some time and some effort. Training the mind should always start with mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the foundation for everything else. With enhanced mindfulness you will be ready to train selflessness. And with enhanced mindfulness and selflessness, you will get most out of your compassion training.

We recommend you go through the different practices of this app, in the order they are presented. And that you train each practice seven times.
