Compassion Training 3: Wishing to Alleviate Suffering

Wishing for other’s suffering to vanish is a great state of mind for you. But equally important, with training, it makes you act with more compassion in daily life. This track will guide you to that, and with time make it a default state for you. Simply start the track and follow the instructions. We recommend you practice it for seven days before moving on to the next.
